While Huayou stake is a blessing, I am happier that Tembo still has a much larger stake than Huayou so that Huayou will be less able to pull their weight around with corporate decisions unlike what they are doing with AVZ (they pushed aside a 10% equity issuance lest it dilute them).
Chinese backstop is welcome without a Chinese takeover as a foregone conclusion. Keeps things interesting and NZC still remains in play.
