There goes my trust in EU manufacturers..... not.

I still think European cars are the leaders in innovation and design with some well provisioned Jap and Korean offerings.
Some EU manufacturers' offerings subcontracted to China are not only self immolating but brand destroying too.
Pretty bad when even Chinese consumers have avoided the E Merc.
Could happen to anyone with new tech I expect ..... just seems to happen to Chinese built stuff ..... a lot.
There is much trust to yet be built, for many Chinese products to avoid the TOFU DREG reputation gained over some time.
