    If a 3rd party deal is or was being done then the above summary of the ASX Listing Rule 3 would be important, if there isn't one then they need not worry and there is no need to update the market. Had any updates lately?

    Plenty of time between now and the AGM to have an EGM just to move things along a little and gives Todd a wriggle on with their offer.
