AO is correct re TIO's likely intention to mop up shareholders and then propose a scheme of arrangement.
All talk of Hotcopper people spilling the Board is meaningless unless the spiller has alternative new directors, with experience, lined up. And no one does.
It is not looking at all promising re any 3rd party. I don't think one exists.
