    So does anybody know whether management and BOD can buy shares during this T/O offer, because if they believe in this "so called 3rd party" or that the T/O is undervalued and worth more then wouldn't they have acquired more shares recently themselves?

    I believe this lot are sitting back clueless waiting on something to happen, just like us!
