You're right. I was just thinking that myself. My 'buy' sentiment was from earlier, happy times. I've held TLS since Howard sold the first tranche.
Telstra's customer service is crap. They couldn't/wouldn't fix my landline a few weeks ago so I cancelled my service. The techie opened the pit out the front and exposed the most decrepit collection of wet moldy wires I've ever seen. I told him that they were too old. No, no, he said in Indian. They're fine. I think he was thinking of his job. He then went up the corner to check out the post but he told me to 'stay inside'. I haven't had that before.
