the impact on the SP if the case goes against, will be horrendous.

sure TPG are a huge threat to cutting the lucrative TLS margins on mobile, but that is only a small part of the conundrum, as the ACCC decision is by month's end and the big end of town is getting very nervous.

if the same scenario was being played out in the USA, i would say that a regulatory authority like ACCC would try and appease the local DOW market, but here in OZ, we are not that bright.

that's why insipid characters called Malcolm and Bill are our only choice at the ballot box.

apart from being a real Ass and voting Donkey which sounds mighty tempting.
