RAU have an option to buy Mt Carbine till the 1st December
RAU have the money to Mt Carbine so they are in a postion to deal
RAU have data about MT Carbine to make that decision and board decision has been taken to proceed
RAU have to close this by 1 December

That means RAU must announce one of the following in the next few days

a) successful transaction
b) unsuccesful transaction
c) extension of option and transaction incomplete

Unless JK is a complete BS artist then (a) will be announced shortly for say a 25-30 range, (b) would result in 2-3 (severely punished for MD ramping) (c) would result in prob 8-10c

the market isnt valuing the rest of the drilling and projects till we get through this gate

So the question is where do you put your wager
