what I am finding frustrating is that suppose you knew that and if everyones opinion was the same, a certain area in property was going to increase unless some stupid disaster was going to happen eg aliens landing on your front yard or the government has suddenly decided to make your swimming pool a toxic waste dump..... so this is not becuase you know something that no-body knows or you are simply more knowledaglbe then everyone else.

and if you saw the prices drop in the area.

I would seriously look at myself, and ask myself,,, have i got something wrong or am I missing something.
