Where do you get the notion that dividends are forth coming?
As an explorer transitioning to producer I think you will find any spare capital will be used to grow the company, which is normal practice. Perhaps, just perhaps, you may see dividends payed out in a few years, but don't hold your breath. Hmm on second thoughts ....
