At those depths, estimates are just that. Being off a couple of hundred feet is quite reasonable. A couple of hundred feet at these rates is about a days drilling.

13500 ft is obviously an estimate in itself.. but until they drill through LBC, they wont know.

The key thing for me is that they have not been shy to let us know that delays have occured. If something had gone wrong, their behaviour so far has given me the confidence to expect that they would announce it immediately.
