If that is the case then i imagine she has been ripped off unless this has been clearly stated to her in her loan agreetment.

My Westpac account works great with regards to available funds and applying extra cash against the loan to save interest.

I must however make one point that i am disgusted about. That is:
The fee for a cash advance at an ATM or a teller is approx $2, but i was charged $50 for a cash advance over the internet recently.
Do people think i should complain about this? and if i do, do u think i will be successful?
