directors can get prosecuted for enticing investors with knowingly false statements...does that include over optimistic statements i wonder?
Find me a case in Australia where directors have been prosecuted for making over optimistic statements. I bet you can't. MB would argue that every forward looking statement he makes is just him being optimistic, not factual.
