i suppose thats how they get around that rule, the old optimism plea. "sorry your honour, i got so excited about our plans for next year i forgot to notice the money ran out last week..."
there was me getting all optimistic about MB's recent commentary...maybe i should be a director? i tend to be over optimistic...on one of my school reports a lovely teacher said of me "over rates his own ability..." ha ha
