    what we really need to establish is the reason why VOC is being so voraciously shorted in the first place.

    OK, so now let's say we get past step 1 and we are blessed with the truth.

    so now what do we do?

    we sell, sell,sell, but not all at once mind you, as that will make a bad situation even worse.
