i stand by my opinion that the company is undervalued but that aside from the takeover talk the company has a lot of headwinds, even though the fundamentals are actually not too bad.

i am choosing to stay on the sidelines as i dont want to buy just on rumour of a hostile takeover offer. if it eventuates and is successful, caps off to those who make a tidy profit.

if it doesnt eventuate or is rejected, i think voc could re test 3.00, at which point i would likely be a buyer.

interesting times ahead.
