numis, WCL had an offer- never really got completed- and they raised capital- presumably in the event that the takeover might not happen. Their suitor put out a statement that an equivalent bid would be at a lesser price, taking into account the new shares.

So, if a bid were to continue for NFE, it could taker into account that there would be 33% new shares on offer, and an equivalent bid would be lower. They would then get a more solvent company, too. If anoyne is good at maths, they could work out what a new equivalent bid would be (I am not good at maths).

Hard to be bolshy about this bid being successful, but there might be a value proposition here at the capital raising price.
