Biden simply no longer owns the cognitive values to make fuller sense of his or any other environment, those with less than average personality natively get hit extra hard across cognitive decline like for like because largely they lived 30% say of their emotion and display as a lie/construct...this takes higher functioning cognitive power always.....so they regress quickly and often (see Biden gaffs and miscreant behaviours lately) until over time the regressed place becomes the majority place.
largely the left will vote for a stick if told too by their cardinals, these things are not magic at the brain..
Biden has done these tests before...no doubt about it in the search to nail down his medical condition...it's par for the course.......he might pass on a good day with pharmaceutical help but it will be slim and getting slimmer all the time. In a wheelchair in a nursing home in 2 or 3 years I might guess.
