on the weekly chart their is a golden cross in process. the 20sma is crossing through the 200sma.
also, keep an eye on the MACD. its starting to poke up through the zero line. refer to the daily chart to see what PEN did when the MACD crossed the zero line (start on january share price was between 3.7 and 4 cents and PEN went all the way to 7.5 cents)
so hopefully the weekly MACD crosses up for the first time since Fukushima like the daily did.
