Their appeal wasn't upheld. The CoA found that the govt. had made several errors in administration. Which means that AVQ and the landowners have to re-apply for various bits of paper. SMM are not allowed to apply for those bits of paper even if the landholders wanted them to.
How is that a win for SMM?
