    Hi All
    I represent a small investor group of 11 with about a 6M holding.
    Almost all of us have voted NO in the absence of a better offer.
    Dig those heels in - I suspect the board is worried, hence the EGM delay.
    I bet they are looking at the share register and poll non stop!
