My half million has voted NO.
Only a tiny fraction of shareholders are active here. I'm hoping that at least 25% of them aren't completely apathetic. At least some of them must realise that this new board has done nothing positive for the share price since they came in and quite a few would be less than impressed that our board is recommending a deal that their independent expert admits is not fair.
On another note there is a lot of off-market trades going through today pushing the volume well up.
Igas went down (again) last night despite what was taken to be a very positive AGM and their volume as almost always was tiny.
