well if it a no vote and they have an agm or egm can we raise at that time for the board to step aside or has there got to be an egm called special to roll the board

with the no vote it would indicate that the voting no share holders are not very happy with the boards decision for a under handed sell out so.would they go quietily or need a push,intresting times for this board and for their positions
