    We have also voted our holding as a NO.

    Just been through ASX Director interest announcements since the Board spill last year and it looks like this Board have a total of just over 2 Mill (direct and indirect), hardly significant when reading in the context of the Scheme arrangement (Directors intend to vote their shares for, in the absence of superior proposal)!!!
