    hey satori,

    i assure you i am looking forward, not back. i was merely articulating how we got ourselves into the position we are in today and the reasons for it..

    am confident that this week we should take the first big step towards production and put 2011, our 'annus horribilis' in the rear view mirror.

    when i mentioned funding for irvine i'm talking about confirmation of tranche 4 payment. this gives timeone 30% of plv and bounds timeone to now assist in funding 100% of the development costs on irvine island.

    the majority of the capex required for irvine will come in the form of vendor finance, the chinese manufacturers want us to use their products and are willing to provide finance as part of the deal (timeone has the relationship with these guys and will be armed with a compelling DFS). tony has mentioned this just a few months back;

    point is we are not going to a number of financiers cap in hand asking for $700million.

    cheers
    supertim
