I reckon you're on the money Kingy.

The request for suspension stated: "The voluntary suspension has been requested pending an annoucement by the Company in relation to the finalisation of negotiations with an investor group introduced by Timeone Holdings Limited, to complete Tranche 4 and fund the acquisition and development of the Cockatoo Island project."

I read that as another third party coming on board- in addition to Timeone.
