You seem to be saying that APG lacks the will or expertise to get the enhanced plant operational by Christmas. This is indeed a serious accusation and is contrary to what the company has told the market.
If you have evidence that the company is lying to the market you should take your concerns to the ASX. Making these claims on Hotcopper without proof isn't helpful.
CONTRARY HYPOTHESIS
If Kronos is serious about addressing the environmental issues surrounding its global operations, it has every incentive to force APG to complete the plant enhancements on time and to the highest standard. Otherwise the whole exercise will be pointless.
MAY EGM
The plans for completion of the plant will no doubt be more fully disclosed at the May EGM. I expect a full report on all issues connected with the Kronos investment before the vote on issuing additional shares to Kronos International Inc. There should also be a number of testing questions put to directors on APG's and Kronos' future plans so that we can all make a more considered judgment on where the company is headed and whether it is in safe hands. You clearly do not think so but you haven't put forward any alternative.
However, and let's not deceive ourselves, it is in everyone's interest to get the plant up and running ASAP.
