yes, this is what i mean when i say stock will move from weak to strong hands.
placement price was set at 3c prior to agm vote.
on the placement; someone posted that it was oversubscribed 3 times. not only do i see this as a vote of confidence from investors more sophisticated than u or i, but i hope this has allowed management to allocate stock to strong hands (this is not an option if placement is undersubscribed)
