    That is not true sachz, they do need to wear a significant proportion of the blame as we had an investor ready to go. They scared them off, and it is their divisive play that continues to scare off major investors. This is the arrogance of thinking they could do a btter job, and in scaring off the investor with changed market conditions we now see how hard it is to get another. We had an investor in our hand, what is the old saying a bird in the hand is worth 50 CI's in the bush. To not understand the role that they have played is being deliberately obfuscating. They continue to cause the company to divert resources to dealing with them and makes the board less efficient as a result. The division they sow hurts us all and you say to blame them no longer flies, what a load of crap. The 249D action may have disbanded but the individuals involved still cause the company problems and cost us money in the resources they consume. And you don't see this as a problem?
