Morning Phil,
absolutely MW was engaged because of his investment banking background. He said openly at the investor meeting, in Adelaide atleast, that obtaining a cornerstone out of a UK pension fund would be easy enough, but he was looking for someone with African credibility to cough up the money - maybe someone who already has significant industrial connections inside Nigeria or regional Africa. He said that this would validate the project and make the next steps significantly easier....
