and 49% of Greenbushes.
There may have been a bunch of smaller things too.
Rockwood had been divesting of non-lithium assets prior to the takeover.
All in all they probably paid a little(lot?) too much though
particularly as they have had legal issues with both US and Chilean brine plants, and now have a fairly punitive royalty arrangement with the Chilean government.
