    That response smells like a straw man fallacy.

    APT comply with their financial reporting obligations. You seem to be stating that it's of concern that the recent business update doesn't contain complete financials - and inferring that there is intentional opaqueness designed to deceive.

    The financial reports are release twice yearly. Business updates APT release don't contain indicators like revenue or profit. They have their reasons, and up until now it's not been to deceive - when the financials are released there's never been a nasty surprise - quite the opposite in fact.

    It can be a complex and costly exercise releasing audited financial statements, hence the legal obligation imposed by the ASX on all listed companies to release only annually.

    APT release financial statements twice-yearly and are generous enough to provide business updates in addition to the financial statements - but you've decided to take that and beat them over the head with it because it's not got the indicators in it you want to see.

    Now, do you still believe APT are attempting to deceive the public? If so, then you're going to need some proof.
