If the current market cap of NXS is 93mil and the CRUX evaluation is (NXS share) 200-500mil why has shell not initiated a takeover play. Even at 15c per share twice the current SP 186mill would net then all of crux, Long tom which they could sell and 100% of ES. Sell long tom for 50-80 mil and total cost to shell 110-130mill a bargain I would have thought. Just a back of the envelope calculation but some where in the ball park.
Must be more problems behind the scenes then we privy to.
