The trading halt announcement used the words "The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding the award of a significant new contract." Note the word “significant”.
If one parcelled up the buys and sells listed at COB today (Friday, 21/02/2014) to satisfy the deals that can be made at the prices listed, the SP thus derived would be $16.85, which would leave buyers at $16.86, but no sellers at that price. Where the SP settles is anybody's guess.
The most recent director trade made on 19/02/2014 was at $16.73.
