The table to which you refer is IMO a little user unfriendly as it would be more informative if the impurities were expresses as either percentages of (a) metal oxides or (b) metals, rather than a mix of the two. It's not a big deal but I would prefer the metal oxides as this would enable the reader to readily relate the impurities to the tin oxide content.

I believe hereandnow refers to the statement "In the light of recent operating experience, Gippsland management is currently evaluating low capital cost opportunities for process improvement and capacity enhancement to dramatically increase tin concentrate production and expects to be able to announce details of such proposed developments before the end of this month." Given the use of the words "dramatically" and "end of month", I expect an announcement will follow soon.
