Whilst I agree with your points about improved SLX offerings, unfortunately to me the better comparison is the SLX and uranium prices since 2000 (at times you almost just drop a zero of the uranium price).
Going forward this should change once revenue streams are visible (to some projections and signed contracts will be sufficient, to others it will only be once in the balance sheet), however the uranium price and just as important uranium sentiment can have a big impact on the share price.
So whilst we all expect a SP lift if both parts of the GLE restructure (new partner(s) and agreement from existing stakeholders) can be finalised this year I'd be very surprised if it was near the previous high unless uranium price/sentiment aligned with 2006/2007.
