Lots of background noise re: CR...Really in this environment why wouldn't they....to me it's not an if ,it's a when timing wise..raise before results and 'reward' instos with lower by in and more dilution OR..after results ,a raise at at higher price with less dilution, ooh the sleepless nights the Bod must be having ...it is a hands on company I believe so it may well be a 'hand in the cookie jar' moment..Hows this idea..do the 'right thing,don't cave in and sleep at night.OMO(BTW..love this company's prospects)
