possible news flow that might help the share price:
1 - off take agreements followed by funding agreement (well overdue)
2 - takeout of Pala (possibly as part of the above)
3 - positive news from the hearing at the end of the month (optimistic thinking)
4 - update from Gus stating that production is still happening this year (even though we all know that it's not - c'mon Gus just be honest with us)
5 - the slow and steady increase of the u price
if any of the above happens, and we get days of 50m+ shares traded daily, that 1.3m "road block" will vanish in a flash.
