Yes, that was the article that was the subject of speculation as to why the stock price was mysteriously rallying on massive volume at the time for no apparent reason - then came the news of Regal liquidating their position in COD. I'm pretty sure Regal just wanted to dump their shares so they probably tripped the algos somehow and let unsuspecting bag holders give them their exit liquidity.
