First of all, i'd like to say congratz to all holders that PRR finally got listed in Naz. It means the share is even more liquid than ever with more demend. AND it has major institution players join in, sure it will bring more fluctuation for the price...
Dont want to say more about our market reaction today. It is pointless to discuss why panic people willing to give their share at much lower price than it was asked for by the yanks. As at this morning, they valued our share at $11.5/30 and DB did not want to sell!!! (Or maybe they didnt have any, who knows)
I have a question here...Anyone know how many shares been issued? Correct me if Im wrong...I divided the market cap of 251.87M by closing price of 0.24 today, gives 1007.48M. If DB or BNYM aquires 50M, thats about 5% of total shares. Will a ANN saying change in substaintial holding release? So far that does not happen... or they might have bought today... at floor price...
Tonight will be interesting to watch
