Firstly for those that don't know me, I am heavily invested in DDR and for full disclosure I have recently taken some cream off the table near the most recent high and I have a couple of low buy bids in which I am hoping to get filled over the coming months.
This is a great company, however I see some short term head winds which may put the current price IMO a little on the over's. CPI keeps creeping and we are likely to see at least one increase before the end of the year. David has already mentioned how interest rates have really hit the bottom line and another increase will only compound this further putting (what I am calculating) pressure on an already struggling final, unless of course sales drastically improve, which is completely possible.
Am I talking this down??.....absolutely, but the shorts are also seeing what I am seeing and are also creeping their way up, so I would love for all of us to get some more cheap shares.
