DDR is supplying large entities directly, but they also supply large resellers (like Harvey Norman) so I would imagine a decent share of their business is to the consumer (via these resellers).
As for IT departments (well most departments in large corporates), I've not seen one that didn't use an opportunity like this to try and pad their budgets for hardware/software and personnel especially when there is this large unknown change with so much hype associated with it
