Aside from slowing revenues and margins, other factors that have shocked the stock price have been the dividend payout debacle where the business broke from tradition and got ahead of itself, and then David Dicker treating his stock like an ATM.
Having said all that I don't expect much downside from here but the company now needs to deliver on recent M&A, product expansions, warehouse upgrades, and the expected IT refresh cycle that they are anchoring to.
