I agree however an interest rate increase (or 2) will complete derail your freight train. If sales do not increase to support the rate rise and then increase further to fill the gap to sustain at least a $0.15 final come February next year. I would prefer to see stabilized dividends then a shock $0.025 like what was seen in Feb 23. Vladd usually sets the floor however has been wrong in the past. At near $9 I agree is a bargain. but I still believe we will be in choppy waters in August if we see an increase.
