Results due out Friday. Maybe I'm wary, but a Friday release always make me uneasy. Less time to digest, and easier to forget.
Shorts have crept up over the last few months, although still low compared to a longer term average.
No significant moves on interest rates. I think we'll see sales increase enough to support a healthy EOY dividend, but not to blow the lights out. I also wouldn't be surprised if the market doesn't think this is enough.
I still back DDR long term, and will continue to be a happy holder regardless come Friday.
(Without any needless up ramping...) Thoughts?
