A $2 million bumbling poorly arranged rights issue will not be enough to see it through. ITE will be issuing convertible notes next.
Management is bad. PR with shareholders is bad. Can't meet any deadlines. Selling their product at a loss. They are happy to have a sale without making an effort to see if it is profitable or not.
Great products but terrible management. UXC should have stepped in a long time ago.
