re: a bit shifty ?..andrew...... I am not 100% sure who Mr "Hellenic" is. However, if you go through the old VNA announcements of top 20 shareholders you will find a clue.
It is hard to follow the transactions particularly a year or so later, but, if you have a few hours to spare, it is an interesting exercise.

I would suspect ASIC would have difficulty working it out, too.

There were posts on Hot Copper,Stockhouse and other forums about the time when the shares went sky high regarding this and other announcements.

I am trying to work out the connection between a financial advisor, a prominent Perth Identity and this company, but so far "google" has not been much help. Unfortunately the West Australian archives on the net do not go back far enough.
