Request For Voluntary Suspension
I refer to our telephone conversations this morning and hereby apply for a voluntary
suspension of the Company’s quoted securities pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2 for Monday, 29
November 2004 pending an announcement to the market relating to a transaction and fund
raising to be undertaken by the Company.
We are not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
