I think it is a mix of lack of sales news which is expected when dealing with government but when it comes everyone will try to jump back in ASAP, shorting, panic, impatience, typical DRO with pumping, more shorting, stop losses and the cycle goes on. Based on that I am holding/buying when it settles.
