Great query Eqz. I too shared your concerns and raised this issue in the "Quarterly Update and Appendix 4C" thread on the 31Oct, however not in the great detail in your post. I sent email to investor relations and got a response from Oleg Vornik the very next day. I don't think it proper to post the correspondence as it is private between two individuals, suffice to say, he addressed the issues and queries I raised in my email. The crux of the response is that the contract is still valid otherwise Vornik would have to notify the Market (ie if contract is cancelled or one or both parties failed to meet contract conditions) and that progress payments are being made.
I encourage you to email your concerns to investor relations.
